These terms and conditions apply to the AI Pose Changer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) that was created by ALIREZA SAHAMI (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. These terms supplement — and do not replace — Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application is offered on a Freemium basis and may include optional paid features or subscriptions. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and are billed to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings. The Service Provider does not process or store your payment or card details; these are handled entirely by Apple under its own terms.
The Application allows you to upload photos in order to change or generate poses using artificial intelligence. You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the results you generate. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the image or have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from any person appearing in it.
You agree not to use the Application to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, infringing on the rights of others, or otherwise objectionable. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse processing of, or to remove, any content that violates these terms, and to suspend access for users who misuse the Application. AI-generated results may not always be accurate or realistic, and you accept that the Application is provided "AS IS" without any guarantee regarding the output.
The Application processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking your device, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system. Such actions could expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your device's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
